2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Unless a plan says otherwise, validity usually starts when the eSIM first connects at the destination, not at purchase.

4. Fair use and acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services (fraud, resale without authorization, network abuse, or illegal activity). I XIN GLOBAL SMART INTERCONNECTION TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED may suspend service that violates these Terms.

5. Refunds

Unused eSIMs may be eligible for refund within the window stated on the product or Help Center. Activated or consumed plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Coverage and speeds depend on local partner networks. I XIN GLOBAL SMART INTERCONNECTION TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted service in every location.
